50% deposit required at time of booking the hunt and when license application is received. Balance of hunt is due at time of arrival prior to hunting.
Deposit can be made with personal check or money order. Balance of hunt must be paid in cash, cashiers check or money order. If you are purchasing an Outfitter Guaranteed Tag, a cashiers check made out to Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks must accompany your application.
Returns and cancellations will be made upon these terms:
1) Death in the family.
2) Death of the client, (money will be returned to family).
3) Family Emergency.
4) If disease or natural disaster causes total decimation of game population.
Sizzlin' S Outfitters has guaranteed tags available to be dispersed to clients. This allows the non-resident hunter the opportunity to know that he or she is actually going hunting in Montana, and is not at the mercy of the state lottery. The state lottery is also available and has good odds for drawing the non-resident tag. In early January, the State of Montana sends me the forms that need to be filled out by both the client and myself. I send the information to the client and he or she fills it out and sends it back along with a 50% deposit. The deposit can be in the form of a personal check or money order. Upon arrival, the balance of the hunt is due. This must be in the form of a cashiers check, money order or cash.
IMPORTANT! Please make note of the deadlines listed below. Deposits must be received and all forms must be filled out correctly and received by the State of Montana by those dates!!!
At any time during your hunt, if an animal is wounded and blood is drawn, that is your
animal. Your remaining time may be spent trying to locate that animal, but you will
not be allowed to harvest another animal to replace the one that was wounded. This is
at the discretion of the guide and/or outfitter. This has never been an issue with
our operation due to the fact that we always try to get our clients into the range
that they feel comfortable with, but we all know that these things can happen to any of us.
Obviously, this is not a form of punishment but more out of respect for the
animal and to keep our deer herds healthy. Thank you for your understanding.
